“I never thought of myself as more famous than the show,” she said, emphasizing that she’s still heavily involved with the group and is still releasing music with her then-rap partner, JT (real name Jatavia Johnson).
Fans also took issue with Combs’ silence regarding the various sex crime and drug trafficking allegations levelled against her. Many fans assumed Brownlee must have known about the crime, but she denied it.

“I can’t speak to these allegations because I wasn’t there at the time,” Brownlee said. “I don’t know the person and it’s not my experience.”
She further stated that she has not been subjected to domestic violence by the accused rapper and does not condone it as she has been through such relationships twice in the past.
Finally, Brownlee said she believed the relationship was mutually beneficial, but not based solely on business. She admitted there were things she wanted to learn from the mogul, but they loved each other. Brownlee said she distanced herself from the relationship because she needed time to herself and didn’t want to be embroiled in the allegations.

“It’s not all good, but it’s not all bad either,” Brownlee said when asked about his relationship with former groupmate JT.
Brownlee said fans only saw a small part of what happened when the two got into an argument on X (formerly Twitter), with Brownlee accusing JT of “sneaking diss” him.
